Cat Supplies

One of the perks of owning a cat is that they are pretty low maintenance. Provide them with cat supplies like food, water, a litter box, a few toys and they are good to go. Of course this doesn’t mean they can be neglected, but in general they demand less than a dog would.

One of the most confusing things about cat supplies is buying the right litter and litter box. A litter box is essential for indoor and outdoor cats alike. Even if the cat is mostly outdoors he will need a place to go during wet and cold weather.

Other cat supplies like toys are purely a matter of preference for the cat. Some cats enjoy furry little mice, some like feathers and string. Purchasing cat food is similar to purchasing dog food- the owner will get what they pay for. Quality cat foods are not found at grocery stores but rather specialty pet stores, online, and at the vet’s office.
