Can a sphynx cat get a common cold?

We just bought two 5 month old sphynx kittens a week ago...One of them has really watery eyes and now he's sneezing and a little congested. I have read that it could be stress but I'm still worried. I've been running the vicks vaporizer while they sleep and keeping them warm. They play, eat, and drink normally. Does anyone have any info on sphynx cats or any help? Thanks

All cats can get the common cat flu/cold. No one species are immune to the virus. But as long as your cat is not lethargic and is eating and drinking as usual you should not be so worried, unless they are lethargic and has discharge from the eyes and nose.

To be safe you can take it to get checked at the vet (since sphynx are expensive cats) if you are concerned.

It could be stress, but it could also be a cold. Cats can get colds. I would definitely take them to a vet, which you should always do when you get a new pet. If its nothing, then at least your mind will be at ease.

YOU HAVE A SPHYNX?!?!?! oh my god you are so lucky If she is sneezing and has watery eyes take her to the vet, they most likely will put her on clavamox, or baytril if the cold has settled into the chest, dont mess around with this, it can easily turn into pneumonia and could take her life, depending on were you live, if you are in an area were you get cold weather you may want to get her a sweater, to help keep her warm, go to the vet asap

Id call a vet, because they still get what every other cat gets and it sounds like maybe a touch of upper resportory infection to me. and if it is they need medication to get rid of it. Good Luck !!!!!
