Any one breed flat coated retrievers? |
i want a puppy and also i want a golden retiever puppy so they keep each other compeny I am not sure but you may want to really think about getting a golden retriever and flat coated retriever puppy at the same time. Both breeds have loads of energy and don't calm down out of puppyness until around three years old. Try looking at issues of Dog fancy to find breeders though or there are good recuse goroups and shelters at www.petfinder.com Sorry I do not at the pet store- Petsmart you can pick up books ect. on this breed. Flat coat's are great dogs! Must more unique than a golden puppy. There is a large flat coat population in both the USA and Canada. Do a search for the Flat Coat Ret. Club of America. There will be some great information on the site and most clubs also provide lists of breeders. |
