Akita lovers dose my boy look like an akita ..? |
my pup has pappers and pedigree but the other day some one said he was not a pure bred and that i should get my money back from the breeder and give the pup back pure bred or no i love my pup heis evrythin g i love in an akita from his consatant need to be with me to his grunting when he wakes up he is so very akita to me alot of peole have asked if hes a germen shephard mut as he dose a bit favor the german shephard in the bloodline ....to me hes just a big jowly american akita i no hell never win any shows but i think hes a pretty akita i no he no where nere japaness standards but do u think he looks akita he is a bit ganly in these pics [IMG]http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i... his ears do look a bit sheaphard I could only see the last picture... but he looks like an Akita to me. He is a full blood Japanese akita and he looks freally good and healthy. keep up the good dog ownership. If he's papered through a legitimate registy (AKC, CKC, etc.) then he's a PB Akita. YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL PUREBRED AKITA!!!!! He's a very handsome Akita male. He looks it to me. I don't see where they saw german shepherd in him. Just uneducated people I guess. Oh he is SUCH an Akita LOL!! Maybe not show quality, but he appears to me to be an Akita. What are you worried about mate ??? Some idiot who know's nothing about dogs telling you your dog isn't what you thought it was??? - - - You have an Akita on your hands mate - -well done !!! Look after him and he'll look after you!!! By the way - he's an handsome looking little soul - can we have a full on pic? Good luck to you x Only the last link works, but that shot from the side sure looks full-blooded Akita to me. The fur, coloring, tail, size, and loose skin all Akita features. to any one that knows the difference between a GSD and an Akita its plain as day that's an Akita. (I researched both extensively before getting my GSD, the Akita was a chance I didn't want to take being a bit more protective and aggressive to other animals. But they make wonderful companions, a friend of mine had one and it was a doll once it got to know me. I don't see any GSD there, looks like an Akita to me. Definitely not a Japanese style, and I don't know that the Japanese type is necessarily superior to the American. hun. whoever told you that is a 100% MORON!!! LOL he sure looks like one to me and he is a little beauty. ignore people who think they know it all I think he's beautiful, and he looks like an Akita to me,but like you said, you'd still love him even if he wasn't and that's as it should be. He is a boooootiful young Akita boy no doubt about it :) |
